Daniels background in construction comes from main contracting on a wide range of schemes across residential, public, commercial and industrial sectors. This vast range of knowledge has empowered Daniel to begin providing consultancy services to architects, sub & main contractors, developers, individual clients and investors across the country, including central London at a very early stage in his career. Daniel quickly developed a successful and diverse team and set up The Optimum Group gaining a reputation for working with robust systems and processes and giving their clients the confidence to continue investing in both them and their projects.

Through its professionalism and proactive approach, the Optimum Group quickly established itself as a leading team of construction professionals working across the UK with a proven track record of success. Optimum provided a range of construction services including; Quantity Surveying, Estimating & Cost Consulting, Planning & Programming, Site Surveys, Facilities Management, Building Condition Reports, System & Process Development, H&S Consulting and full Construction Management Services.

Daniel co-founded Oak & Prosper in 2020, currently acting as Managing Director at the forefront of the growth of the company. Daniels skills and expertise have helped the business develop at a rapid pace, expertly managing its projects and strengthening its relationships with new and existing buyers, contractors, suppliers and investors.
