Roman first trained and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor working predominately within the private residential sector. Roman has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience throughout his career in construction and development, holding senior positions in both contractor and client-side development companies. This has allowed him to develop essential skills and experience in other key roles of the development and construction stages including viability, estimating, contract management and administration, project management and commercial management.

Roman has a proven track record of delivering high quality individual homes and apartments and adds value at each stage of the development process from acquisition through to the handover or even when managing retained assets.

Roman spends his time at the coal face of our projects and is responsible for the quality delivery of our projects ensuring that they are on time and on budget. Roman brings a sensible and commercial approach to the management of projects within the company. Alongside Daniel and Chris, Roman was part of the founding of Oak & Prosper and has an active role in building the growth and success of the company, focusing on both new and existing relationships.
